Regarding Health Certificates

Health Certificates can be written on a case by case basis. To determine whether we can write a Health Certificate for the destination that your pet is traveling to, please call us ahead of time so we can see whether we can write one for you. In order to receive a Health Certificate, we will need the following information:

  • The exact address of where you are traveling to

  • Your current address

  • Vaccination paperwork, especially Rabies Certificates, if not vaccinated at Pet Palace Veterinary Clinic

Upon arrival, we will require a physical exam in order to make sure that your animal is fit for travel before writing a Health Certificate for your animal.
